Discounted Credit & Debit Card acceptance

Credit and particularly Debit cards are becoming increasingly popular as a more convenient method of payment to replace cash and cheques. According to APACS - who are the UK trade association for payments, in 2004, card usage overtook cash and cheques as a payment method for the first time. The growth in plastic cards is phenomenal; in 2006, there were 142.8 million payment cards in issue, and spending on plastic cards in the UK amounted to £159.8 billion.

Accepting cards means flexibility for your customers as well as increased turnover for your business, and for members of the Association of Conservative Clubs, there is a discount on standard rates available through the largest payment processor in the UK, Streamline.
